1) What is the one thing that makes my heart skip beyond my family and friends?

2) Imagine you are rich and have unlimited resources- what is the perfect day for me? What am I doing? Who am I with? And why?

3)  What is the one job/ thing that I will not get tired of doing even if I am 75 years old?

I know for sure, right now, that this is what will make me get up from bed with a smile at 75 years old.

Asking these questions will give you a glimpse of the path you are to take and one that will fulfill you no matter what may come your way.

Also, keep in mind that there is no right or wrong answer. All answers are correct because they are truly yours, and only you have the key to unlock the door of your path.

Welcome back to the Questions to Ask Podcast. I am your host Clara Jamieson. And I can't wait for this episode. I think you will really enjoy it, especially nowadays that many people thankfully are having the opportunity to really ask questions that we weren't really asking before. Or I should say that we weren't really told to ask before was very much about in the past where.

In the past, it was very much about you do the job that you're told or, you know most people, they used to go into whatever job was available to them. And then they would just stay there for 30 years or 50 years and they will make a career out of that. Right. So nowadays though it is a completely different situation where.

It is a beautiful, beautiful experience where we are asking questions before we take on any type of career path. And I think that we are being empowered to ask these questions. So that way, when 50 rolls around or we're in 65 rolls around, we don't look back and say, wow, what did I do? I've wasted all this time.

And on things that I really wasn't passionate about now, this is not to say. That you have to follow your passion, that you have to go ahead and not really take any opportunities that actually are presented to you. I don't want to mislead anyone. I do believe that there's value in taking opportunities without asking questions and just seeing where it takes you.

The great thing about it is is that these questions that we are about to focus on will get you to a path where it really Denise and makes you not only happy, but it's based on your core values, or takes you on your path.

Walking our own path doesn't necessarily mean that it's a straight forward path. I think sometimes we think when we think about a path is that it's supposed to be this straightforward path. And in reality, that's not the case. Our path, usually our intersections our roadblocks are sometimes combined with others. Sometimes they are dead end. I always think about it in the sense of a tree. A tree you create this foundation

And then when you're young. You're trying to learn everything you need to learn, whether it's right or wrong and what are your values and then all of a sudden, as you get into your twenties, it starts branching out.

And even your thirties, it starts even branching out even more because there are so many different decisions and you become a parent, then you become an executive. Then you become so many different things that you have many different paths. So these questions is really to hone in on what. Should your main path be

So that when, when you're 50 and 60 or 65, if you look back and say, damn, I really had an amazing life.

So how to know you're walking your own path now, no matter what your current, journey you're currently at, make sure you have chosen it. And it's yours alone. Not your, mom's not your, dad's not your grandmother's not your friends, not the media's and not your boss, not the company that you work for, but your own alone

you are the master along with God's grace of where you are going and your path.

Here are the questions that you should ask yourself

first. What is the one thing that makes your heart skip beyond your family and friends? That is, look back and look at when your were five and really think about what made you excited

for me it was writing for me, it was escaping into this writing creative world that I would create for myself.

Number two, imagine you are rich and have unlimited resources. What is the perfect day for me? Look like. What am I doing? Who am I with? What am I smelling? What am I wearing? What is around me?

What environment is around me was seasoned on my end. And then once you are very clear as to what that perfect day represents or looks like, then you ask yourself why, why is that your perfect day? And when we look at it in this perspective automatically, it kind of makes us understand that a, perfect day always has all our values in, into that day.

We're able to hit all our values. And what we stand for B it really gets us energized and know that this is the vision that God has given us and that we tend to ignore and put away. And then see, it really allows you to understand and harness your root chakra, your solar plexus, and your sacred PEX chakra.

If you know about shock Rose, shockers, the main points in our body that if they are blocked they do not allow us to move forward. And if they're open and released we are in our optimal experience.

And leaning into the best of who we are.

This allows you to really hone in on what God gave you rather than what other people are telling you to do.

Now question number three, what is the one job or thing that I will not get tired of doing? Even if I am 75 years old, like for me, I don't think that I would get tired of writing or of creating or of designing.

Or I love nature. So I would never get tired of nature and exploring and behavioral science. Like I'm, since I was little, those are my main themes. I love it. So what is the one job or thing that I will not get tired of doing? Even if I'm 75.

And once you ask these questions, you will be able to get a glimpse of the path that you are to take. And one that will fulfill you no matter what may come your way, and this will also help you understand this is where I need to go. And then what are the steps that I need to take to make this happen?

These are the three questions that you should be asking and really honing in. I will suggest that you write these answers down because you will always have to go back to it. I will suggest that you review it at least once a quarter or once every year, whatever feels comfortable for you.

Now you have to remind yourself that there's no right or wrong answer to this. Okay. So you may feel like I don't have the answer for this. That's okay.

You don't have to answer all three questions. As long as you answer one of the questions to really start the process that will open up a lot with a new to really tap into what is God's grace telling you your path should be rather than letting other people determine what your past should be.

And because there's no right or wrong answer only you could come up with the right answer. Let me just say that again, whatever comes out of you, whatever you write down, whatever you say, it's the right answer.
